SONS OF NORWAY MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Sons of Norway is to provide quality insurance and financial products to our members, promote and preserve the heritage and culture of Norway, and to celebrate our relationship with other Scandinavian countries.

I would like to thank everyone that helped with the Syttende Mai Celebration Saturday. I think it was one of the best we've had, great weather, great food, and great people. There were around 150 that attended, 175 hot dogs were consumed and 250 rounds of Lefse disappeared. More pictures are on the "Event" page.

Next meeting will be on Saturday, June 13th starting with a Potluck at 12:00. After a short business meeting, there will be a demonstration on how to make Lefse, and then you can try making your own Lefse. Should be fun!

Meetings & Potlucks

Fjelldalen Lodge #6-162 meets at 12:00 PM, the 2nd Saturday of the month (except July & August) at Christ Lutheran Church, 8997 S Broadway, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. Our time includes a Potluck lunch, a short meeting, a cultural program and fellowship. We also have various activities such as: Hiking Viking, Cooking Club, Syttende Mai, Picnics and Dinners.
